I can't log onto the database with my information. What should I do?
Try these options:
1. Double check the username and make sure you are not using @iccms.edu (ex. Use ibdubbs01 not ibdubbs01@iccms.edu)
2. The login is case sensitive so check to make sure CAPS lock isn't on
3. Use another browser like Microsoft Edge/Safari.
If you are still having issues, you may need to reset your password either through the TIS link https://mytribe.iccms.edu/manageaccount or by contacting the TIS Helpdesk helpdesk@iccms.edu
If you are getting an error message when trying to use the databases, please email a screenshot of the error message to library@iccms.edu.
