Appointments:

Appointments are required for all tests and must be made a day in advance of the desired appointment time. If an appointment is made and cannot be kept, please be courteous to cancel that appointment.

Accommodation Testing Process

To ensure that all students receive accurate testing accommodations, no student will receive an accommodation without proper documentation being submitted through the PRCC ADA Office.

PRCC Proctors will not provide accommodations, whether ADA or general health-related, that are not listed on the students’ accommodations letter.  It may be necessary for the student requesting additional accommodations to reschedule their test if the accommodations being requested cannot be confirmed or verified by the Director of the Libraries  or the ADA Office.

Students with documented disabilities approved through the ADA Office must contact the Testing Center at least 24-hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.  The student will verify that the Testing Center can accommodate their needs.  Appointment rescheduling or an unexpected wait time may occur if the student does not adhere to the 24-hour contact policy.
