Does East Central Community College's Library charge overdue fines?
There is a 10 cents per day fine for overdue materials. Holds will be placed on the student's record for any unreturned items at the end of the semester. A library hold prevents a student from registering for classes, dropping/withdrawing from classes, and receiving a transcript or diploma until the item(s) are returned and the library has been paid for all lost items.
